Open Hack Map

Patch now

Software attackers are using right now. Update these first.

Am I affected?

Type the apps, products and companies you use. You'll see which have been breached or are being attacked, and which flaws in them attackers are exploiting.

A clean result is never proof that you're safe. It only means nothing in these public sources matches.

Settings

Choose a colour theme. Status colours on the map (red confirmed, amber reported, grey claimed) stay the same in every theme.

About Open Hack Map

Every publicly reported breach, ransomware claim, exploited vulnerability, malicious package and internet outage from the last 60 days, on one globe. Data comes from free public sources and refreshes every 3 hours.

What the colours mean

Confirmed
Acknowledged by the organisation, a regulator or a legal filing.
Reported
Covered by the press, not yet confirmed by the organisation.
Claimed
Posted by attackers on a leak site. Unverified.
Disputed
Reported, and denied by the organisation.
Outage
A country-wide drop in internet connectivity. The cause is unknown unless reported.

Where dots are placed

A pin marks the city named in reporting or the organisation's headquarters. Incidents where only the country is known aren't pinned; they appear in the list and count toward the country's shading. You can show them as approximate pins under Layers.
